When I saw today's challenge theme I just had to use this cutie patootie

Wryn's Flower Garden.  I used one Copic marker and used the simple coloring technique by layering color, letting it dry between layers. Then I used Inkessentials Crystal effects to make my garden shine.

Glad We're Friends

I learned a new technique today .. have you heard of the Pillow Top Background Technique?

I used four colors on my background using Tim Holtz Distress Inks

I just love how the raised die inlay technique worked here

Fab Friday Thinking Of You

I colored her using one Copic for each color.  I did my shading by letting the color dry completely before adding another layer.

I used the Mother's Day sentiment from this set

I made a Mother's Day card for my Mommy. 

 She had a goat as a kid when she lived on her grandparent's farm.  I think she'll get a kick out of it.  

I am playing in three challenges today:

SugarPea Designs SPD04 - Clean And Simple

I love SPD images.  This was a fun card to make.  Especially since the challenge is right up my alley.  I cut up to his smile then cut out the paper from the grouped image from dp and placed in his mouth.  Worked perfectly. 

CASology Week 92 - Garden

I used a mini flower punch to make three flowers to tie in with my dp.  I used two flowers for each flower.  I used Lawn Fawn's Grass die, my recent toy from I Heart Papers.

Simon Says Keep It Clean And Simple

My kid goat is my focal point on my grassy scene with a few accents.  I just love the two designer paper packs I recently purchased from I Heart Papers: Summer Bliss (Echo Park) and Plus One (Amy Tangerine).

Friends 'Til The End

I just had to play in this week's 

Less Is More Challenge #167 One Layer Shadow Stamping

I masked off my card to create my slant then I stamped my circles in multiple colors to create my pattern.   Then I used my latest toy from PTI to stamp my shadow stamping sentiment then underneath I used another sentiment from the set and just stamped once.  I did the same to the inside to match except I stamped off on a scrap piece of paper then stamped again creating a lighter sentiment.

Welcome Little One

There's a new Challenge up today at Tiddly Inks....Challenge #131 Celebrate

I made a baby card using the adorable image Baby Girl  from Tiddly Inks. 

Here's the inside. 

 I used matching dp, stitched the edge and used vellum underneath just like the front and embellished with sequins from Lawn Fawn. 

I adhered a piece of matching dp to the inside flap of my envelope for a nice finishing touch.
