TEMPLATES so I have a sneak peek for you. I used Stacy's SCRIPTURE BOX SVG/PDF that will come out TOMORROW with other SVGs.
DISTRESS INK...I've used it here on all my edges on the box.
FRAMES...I love using spellbinders labels to make frames like I did for my scripture panels.
BUTTONS....I do love buttons...I collect them more than I use them. I just love looking at them. Hee. I used to love going through my Mom's button box as a kid. Now I have my own.
SCRIPTURES...what a lovely way to display them with this box.

Paper Smooches September Guest Designer Search

My kidney stone saga continues...I am now scheduled for blasting of them in a couple weeks. I am pretty fatigued with this going on for 5 weeks but of course I found time to make another card for the PAPER SMOOCHES SEPTEMBER GD SEARCH.

All images are from the Paper Smooches' stamp set SANTA PAWS. I just love this set. I am having so much fun using it to create Christmas cards so far anyway. The way Paper Smooches sets are made...they can be used with each other and in ways you would not imagine. I love that.

I love how this scene turned out...the little mouse hoping the gifts are cheese. Hee. I used the direct to paper ink technique for the floor for the first time. I like it.

RECIPE:
STAMP:Santa Paws (Paper Smooches)
PAPER:Cottonball White (Clear Dollar Stamps), Fly A Kite (October Afternoon), Jovial (Basic Grey)
INK:Memento Tuxedo Black, Tim Holtz Distress Ink Walnut Stain
ACCESSORIES: Tim Holtz Blending Tool, Spellbinders square nestabilities, Scotch dimensional tape, Mini brads

Hi. I'm still struggling with my kidney stone. Actually I'm convinced its a girl Hee. She's taking her time. Its been three weeks now. Bouts of pain here and there and the constant urge to pee. Oh fun fun here. So I am a day late playing in yesterday's CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHALLENGE #130. It's a sketch challenge based on Terri's (die cut diva) card. Oh my goodness I love Terri's card. She drew this herself. Wow.

I was inspired by THIS CARD by stampinandrea. I love how the grass turned out. I used my flexible ruler by Bo bunny to draw the grass lines and cut out from copy paper. I used removable tape to hold in place while I sponged. I love Tim Holtz Distress Inks.
